CINCH, a fine dining restaurant, conceptualized in the latter end of 2009,. Nestled in the corporate and art hub of Santa Cruz, the restaurant has created a niche for itself in the world of Modern honeycomb cuisine and promises further delight with time to come.
The menu flaunts dishes like the chicken with honey, honey vanilla, honey with beans jams and many more stuffs that you would always want to lick.
Keeping in mind the growing numbers of Vegetarians, CINCH has a varied selection of Appetizers and juices. “To create gourmet vegetarian cuisine has always been a challenge to any chef worth his salt”. Highly recommended are the Water Chestnuts stuffed in Corn Curd served with Nuoc Cham, the Silken Tofu Steaks on Wok with Seared greens & the Black Sesame Cottage Cheese with Broccoli and Baby Corn.
At CINCH, Honey flavours are used to create authentically innovative cuisine and only the finest ingredients are used to create signature dishes. The pursuit will be to make each and every dish reflected in the menu, an outstanding experience to ones senses. the inspriation was derived from the space allocation in india. the prices of spaces in mumbai is so expensive that to buy a big house is a normal mans dream. so the design was inspired keeping in mind to use a space which would be as less as possible and should be very compact. so the design idea was inspired by the space and compact future design. the design had a fully compact bedroom set which can be folded and kept in one corner.the bedroom set had 1 two door wardrobe, a study table, a dressing mirror and a single bed for a single person.

DESIGN STUDIO ELECTIVE

Design Studio Elective is a module in which we can choose our own place and our own concept for design.the topic i choose to work on was skate park there are non in Mumbai it`s a new concept in India and it`s not that familiar in India as in yet but people have started to knowing what skate parks are.the concept for the designing is like a shape of an amoeba.the concept and design are more organic and coz of that experience here would be thrilling and exciting.

Prada Pixels

the task was to design an retail outlet for prada in Mumbai. the inspiration for designing was taken from pixels.when u zoom in an image u see the pix-elated view of the image they are normally like a cube if u see them in a 3d view.so the design was also based on this where in there where different boxes placed at different places.the box in the center was fold able and can be closed when not in use. keeping the brand name and it`s elegance and stylish behavior the design executed.all the furniture in the store were compact and fold able.

wana be a rock star

the second assignment was inspired by a rock band. now a days in India rock bands are quite known and people from different groups come and play. the idea to design this was for people who don`t have place to play their bands can come and play in parks.the design was an outdoor small amphitheater. materials used in this were concrete and wood. the desire was to install this in a public park where people can even entertain visitors visiting the park.

Arch design office

design studio office was inspired by a painting with blocks. the blocks inspired by the high sky rises in urban cities. the design was inspired by the blocks and then the final design was conduced and projected in the drawings. the office was placed on hi life mall which is located at Santa Cruz near the station. the area of the office was 42,000 sq ft. the office i designed was for an construction company. the employee working in the company were nearly 42. the office had an recreation area, directors cabin, waiting lounge, display area, conference room, cafe, library, working lounge, material library, draftsman area, accountant`s area and a security room. the design was spelled in such a way that it matches the company`s profile.
